What about those who spend Ramadan at work?
If you are an employee, you have no choice but to work in Ramadan, and you will be rewarded unexpectedly from Allah the Almighty. In case you are your own boss, you can work half of the time and let your employees work the rest of the time, because you trust them, and this is considered a religious Khulwah (reclusion) similar to the one the Prophet PBUH used to have in Hira' Cave.
